CRM Analyst & Enablement Manager

We are currently seeking a CRM Analyst & Enablement Manager to join our team!

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, this role supports the Salesforce ecosystem by driving user adoption, managing business requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance commercial performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and global Salesforce teams, translating business needs into clear requirements
  • Support demand intake, governance, and implementation of CRM enhancements across platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, etc.)
  • Lead local user support and training, ensuring strong adoption and high-quality service delivery
  • Develop training materials and deliver enablement sessions for end users
  • Track CRM KPIs and build reports and dashboards to support decision-making and frontline performance
  • Support broader Commercial Excellence initiatives and process improvements within the customer engagement ecosystem

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce experience in a business-facing role (e.g., CRM Analyst, Business Analyst)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Experience in pharma/life sciences is an asset

SKILLS

  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud), with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
  • Experience working within global governance models and collaborating with central platform teams is a strong advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
  • Proven experience in end-user support and user enablement, including handling user requests, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality support delivery
  • Experience in requirement gathering, structuring, and documentation, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to drive user adoption and training initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment
  • Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills as well as strong team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in the English language is required, French preferred but not mandatory

The pay range for this role is: $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The final offer will reflect the successful candidate's background and demonstrated capabilities.
