We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing and Business Analytics to join our team!

The pay range for this role is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00.

Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The final offer will reflect the successful candidate's background and demonstrated capabilities.

This position is an existing vacancy within the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Marketing and Business Analytics will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy, launch excellence, and lifecycle management across assigned brands within the Biopharma portfolio.
  • This role combines brand leadership and execution with business analytics to translate data-driven insights into commercial decisions to drive growth, optimize performance, and maximize return on investment.
  • The role reports to the Director, Biopharma Marketing.

Brand Strategy & Launch Leadership

  • Lead development and execution of integrated annual brand plans, franchise strategy plans, and tactical marketing plans
  • Own end-to-end launch readiness, including launch readiness reviews (LRRs), pre-launch, and full launch execution with accountability for timelines and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead development and approval of marketing materials and campaigns (HCP tools, digital assets, PR, etc.)
  • Drive and optimize omni-channel marketing strategies across digital, field, and conference channels
  • Lead conference strategy, advisory boards, and HCP engagement initiatives aligned to brand objectives

Commercial Excellence & Insights

  • Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and synthesis of customer insights generation
  • Develop and own forecasting models, demand plans, and long-range strategic forecasts
  • Translate analytics into clear, actionable commercial strategies and actionable recommendations
  • Own KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, and ongoing business performance monitoring
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analytics

  • Lead the forecast cycle processes including FC1, FC2 (MTS), and FC3 (BUD), along with any other required forecasting and business planning cycles
  • Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations for global leadership and finance teams
  • Demonstrate and apply strong understanding of understanding of the P&L, including gross-to-net bridge, pricing, rebates, and profitability drivers
  • Apply strong financial acumen to support business decision-making, scenario planning, and performance optimization

Financial & ROI Management

  • Own and actively manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI
  • Evaluate marketing programs and initiatives based on measurable business impact
  • Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-value outcomes
  • Support pricing strategy inputs and financial planning activities

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects using an “influence without authority” mindset
  • Ensure alignment of marketing execution with field force priorities and customer needs
  • Drive sales team training, messaging alignment, and execution readiness

Marketing Execution Excellence

  • Lead development and execution of Plan of Actions (POAs) and cycle plans
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Manage agency partners, vendors, and external stakeholders (e.g., PAAB, associations)
  • Maintain strong operational execution discipline and implementation rigor

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and Code of Conduct
  • Oversee internal and external approval processes (including PAAB)
  • Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance, quality, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and high standards of governance

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Provide mentorship and development support junior marketing and cross-functional team members
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (required)
  • Proven experience in:
    • Product launches and lifecycle management
    • Brand strategy and execution
    • Commercial analytics, forecasting, and insights generation
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environment (e.g., PAAB)
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrix organizations

SKILLS

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • Experience in brand planning and tactical execution including managing advisory boards and consult meetings.
  • Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L and gross-to-net drivers
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management and leadership capability
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
